Magnetic Level Gauge uses float as measuring element.

Magnetic steel column display, not requiring energy.

It is suitable for varies environment from low to high temperature, from vacuum to high pressure, which is ideal level measuring instrument for Petrochemical Industry etc.

It can realize remote alarm and limit control, configuring upper an lower limit switch output.

We provide Side-Mounted and Top-Mounted according to installation site in the container.

We provide stainless steel, PP plastic, stainless steel lining teflon etc. according to medium.

PP plastic and stainless steel lining teflon are ideal for acid and alkali corrosive medium.

1.BASIC MODEL

Float moves upa nad down with the elevation of level in the measuring tube, based on the principle of buoyancy.

Permanent magnet steel in the float drives the red and white column roll over 180° by Magnetic Coupling effect. The column turns from white to red color when the level rise, conversely, the column turns from red to white color. Thus the level indication is realized.

2.UPPER AND LOWER LIMIT SWITCH OUTPUT

The alarm switch on the set position of standpipe acts according to the magnetic float moving with the elevation of level. Thus it can realize ON-OFF control of alarm

3.ELECTRICAL REMOTE TRANSMISSION

Transmitter is mounted on the magnetic level meter. The transmitter consists of sensor and transducer. It moves up and down the magnetic sub measurement measuring element followed by action role within the catheter by the current signal output, digital display instrument or computer connection, Remote Display.
